We’re pleased to offer great options for housing in dormitories at area locations. Accommodations, rates and reservation process vary. Details below.

Carroll University Housing

Generously discounted Pioneer Hall Accommodations. Rates:

  • Cost for Junior Riders/Guests (18 and below): $27/night*
  • Cost for Adult Riders/Guests (19 and above): $38/night*
  • Guest Card (to access building, suite, meals, etc.) and fees (applied for all riders/guests): $9/person, plus tax
  • Linen Sets (upon request): $40/set, plus tax (pillow, sheets, blanket, towel, washcloth). Each set may be used up to seven nights before washing. Guests may order multiple sets.
  • Breakfast will be included with your stay

* Guests not staying as part of a team (travelling individually) have the option to purchase a suite buy-out for an additional $50/night. If a guest travelling individually does not select the suite buy-out option, they may be housed with other guests traveling individually.

COVID19 Information

Masks are optional for all students, employees, and community members on our campus, regardless of vaccination status.

Carroll University will not require guests to show proof of vaccination, or negative COVID19 test prior to arrival on campus. Guests are still expected to self-screen for symptoms, and may not come to campus if symptoms present. If a guest experiences symptoms while on campus, that guest must notify the University, and leave campus immediately.

The COVID-19 mitigation procedures listed above are subject to change at the recommendation from local/state/national health officials.

  • Cost for single bedroom within suites $28/night per guest*

* Guests not staying as part of a team (travelling individually) have the option to purchase a suite buy-out for an additional $50/night. If a guest travelling individually does not select the suite buy-out option, they may be housed with other guests traveling individually.
