Volunteer with Tour of America’s Dairyland
Our 11 day cycling celebration could never happen without amazing volunteers like you.
Whatever your skills, we have a role for you – whether you are committed to helping events go smoothly, you enjoy connecting with others, or love putting your hosting skills to use! With your help, ToAD remains a world-class cycling event for our communities and visitors.
Find out about our volunteer roles and apply below, or reach out to us if you’re up for wherever we can use you.
ToAD Ambassadors
Our Ambassadors are our on-site crew, interacting with the crowd, helping spectators understand the sport, and getting fun swag from our sponsors into the hands of spectators. This role is perfect for outgoing individuals who are great at connecting with others and sharing their enthusiasm!
On-Site Volunteers and Marshals
Course Marshals keep the race running smoothly, and spectators safe! By manning critical course corners and other points, course marshals ensure that crowds are managed, and racers can be sure to focus on their race.

Host Housing Volunteers
With racers traveling in from all over the country and globe, we depend on host houses to welcome in individuals or groups, helping them manage their costs while enjoying the company of a home. Host housing agreements are designed for minimal impact on hosts, although many go above and beyond – even becoming lifelong friends!
